MICHI NEEDS YOUR HELP!

Many of you have, no doubt, seen Little Michi's posts, and are familiar with the bright and charming character of this extraordinary 3-month old kitten: very friendly, relentlessly playful, and SO sweet it's almost painful. She is one of the greatest joys in our life, and we would do anything for her. Unfortunately, she had a rather serious accident today, and two o her cervical vertebrae have become misaligned, one almost pushing over the other. She is in a lot of pain, and stumbles around like she's drunk; her motor skills are severely impaired, but her bright spirit remains strong as ever. We took her to the vet today, and they did what they could for her, but we need to take her back for a CT scan to see how extensive the damage to her spine really is, so that we can begin evaluating surgical options. We will stop at nothing to bring Michi back to full health, so that she can go back to being the playful little imp that we all know and love. Won't you help us? even the smallest donation can help.
