In April of 2015 Michele was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. She immediately had surgery to remove much of her Colon and had several months of Chemo Treatment - she was told she was Cancer Free !
Then in January of 2016 Michele again was not feeling very good and went back into the Doctor. After just 2 months of being told she was Cancer Free, Michele was given the terrible news that she had 3 spots on here spine and the Doctor feared that the cancer may be back. After further testing, the same cancer that was in Michele's Colon had returned and spread throughout her body. Michele was told by her Doctor that she would have to quit her Job immediately. She has applied for social security & unemployment but so far has been turned down. To top it off, Michele's fiance Eric has been laid off due to seasonal employment. Due to a mix up in the system, he has been unable to receive unemployment benefits. He will start work again this spring where he works at Seal King in Somerset. But until then, their bills are piling up. Eric has been trying to pick up odd jobs & he plows snow. Michele & Eric are two very good honest, hard working people & could really use our help right now.
