Michael's Heavenly Fund

Due to the unexpected loss of my loving brother Michael Keith Smith, we are requesting assistance with funeral costs and burial fund. He had no life insurance to assist with these costs, and it has been left up to the family to provide payment. 
Michael passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017 of a heart attack. He has always been a hard working and loving father and grandfather.
