If we can for this, can we to save a species?

If we can do it for a cathedral, can we do it to save a species?

Please contribute and/or share.

The Notre Dame Cathedral was built almost 900 years ago and in only two days, over 1 billion dollars was raised to rebuild it. THAT is the power of people coming together to save something irreplaceable.

Our Northern White Rhino, a living being, has been living peacefully on our planet for millions of years and now, the last male of its species has perished. Nature is the most genius art that has ever been created. It’s what keeps our earth living and breathing. It's TRULY irreplaceable.

Now, if we can raise the SAME kind of support for the protection of our fellow species and the future of our planet, we would be well on our way to unburdening our children with the mess the generations before them have left. We are in a state of extreme crisis and mass extinction. The animals that have existed up until  today will soon become a distant memory.

Unless we act NOW.

This is Sudan, the last male of an entire species. He passed away in March of 2018. For the last years of his life, he and 2 females had to be safeguarded 24/7 by multiple armed guards to ensure their protection. This photo shows Sudan in his final days with his caretaker. All that remains now are a few females, still under 24-hour surveillance. In the coming years, they too will perish and we will be saying goodbye to an iconic species that wanted nothing else but to live.

“The greatest threat to our planet is the belief someone else will save it." R. Swan
