This page is to celebrate the life of Michael Martinez and to help his family with the unexpected expenses in the wake of Michael's untimely passing.
As you all know, Michael was larger than life and not only has a big family by blood but also has a huge family at the Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands where he, his mom Irma, sister Jessie and brother John all work. In addition to THAT, Michael has friends throughout the entire Roaring Fork Valley and beyond! The purpose of this page is to provide a place where EVERYONE Michael loved can write kind words and make a donation to his family.

For those of you who are wondering who I am, my name is Jill Stephens and I have had the pleasure of working with Irma for the past 5 years at the Ritz Aspen. I call her my "mom away from my mom". Irma has not only supported me through my life's struggles but is also the sole reason that I now have a 401k (ha!). Over the years, Jess joined the Ritz family and became my unofficial little sis and then John and Michael joined us and rounded out our Ritz family! I speak on behalf of myself and our Ritz family when saying that we're all hurting for the Martinez family and want to do everything we can to help them adjust to their new journey without Michael being earthside with us.
