For anyone who is not familiar with the cost of a funeral, they run on average from $7,000 to $10,000. Michael was, still is, and will continue to be my brother.... For as long as I will live. He was an amazing person who undeniably touched and affected anyone who had the blessing to meet him. If you are able to be fortunate enough to assist in any way, your donation and generousity is greatly apprecaited and cannot be expressed enough with words alone.

A passage from his sister :

My favorite memory of Michael is one from when he was maybe 4. We were in North Dakota visiting Grandma Bertie. Michael was messing around on Grandma's recliner, and he tumbled off of it. We all paused, looked at him, and waited for him to start screaming and crying, but without missing a beat, he put his arms up and exclaimed "Tada!"

This was only a single example of many he had in his life, where others were expecting some negative result from something happening to him, but over and over, he would surprise with his positive attitude, and infectious smile. He cared so deeply for others and worked so hard to get to where he was before tragedy ripped him away from this world. This world will have a void eternally with the loss of my brother.

His vessel may be inanimate, but it was a confined space for such a big soul. Now, he has the freedom to expand that beautiful heart and reach every single one of us at the same time.

I love you Michael, may your eternal life be more beautiful than anything you've ever experienced! I am glad Aiden has his goofy, fun loving Uncle to play with now, surely nobody up there currently could be more fun ;)
