Michael R. Caputo, 56, is a devoted husband and father to his family. Active in Immaculate Conception Parish, he lives and works in the village of East Aurora, New York. He is a member in good standing of the Town of Aurora Republican Committee, in the Erie County Republican Committee of the New York Republican State Committee, an affiliate of the U.S Republican Party.
Michael has long been a patriot and served our country honorably as a U.S. Army Specialist, a staff member in the U.S. House of Representatives, and on international assignments to support U.S. Government policy. Michael has been a passionate advocate for conservative GOP ideals and served on the staffs of national Republican luminaries including Ronald Reagan, Jack Kemp, George H.W. Bush, and Dan Quayle.
Michael worked with Donald J. Trump in the years leading up to the 2016 campaign and advised him on various projects. During the presidential campaign, Michael was Trump’s New York State Primary Director, Senior Advisor to the candidate, and Director of Communications for Caucus Operations at the 2016 Republican National Convention.
Donald Trump was elected President of the United States in November 2016, thanks to his plan for victory, his campaign staff’s execution of this plan, and the American people’s commitment to his agenda to Make America Great Again.
