Mia Kim's Hit and Run Accident





On Nov. 15th, my mother was rushed to the hospital for immediate surgery after she was hit outside of her car. She suffered multiple injuries-- brain damage, a broken spine, liver lasceration, kidney failure, multiple broken ribs, punctured lungs,  internal bleeding, broken pelvic bone in the front and back, and is currently in tremendous pain every waking moment. She is on life support and is still fighing for her life. We are taking her condition day by day. 

Her immediate family includes:
Dad- Jae Kim
Daughters- Irene, Nina, Tawney
Son- Jonathan
Dog- Mochi who lived for treats and my mom

My mom is the most kind, caring, unselfish person you could ever ask for in a family member or friend. She is the type of person who would help others without expecting anything in return, believing it woud bring good karma to her children and loved ones. She was simply at the wrong place at the wrong time. Picking up a friend to take to surgery nonetheless.
 
There is nothing our family would want more than to turn back the hands of time or take on her tremendous injuries ourselves, but we have come to accept the reality of our situation. Our mother was the main breadwinner of our home. Along with her huge accumulating medical expenses, we are in jeopardy of losing our home that my mom has worked so hard and long for. We ask that you please help out a good-hearted family that was led by an amazing angel of a woman. 

Even if you dont have any money to give ( which we completely understand), please just share our message to make an impact in our lives. 

The money will be used to pay for her medical expenses and to try to keep our house, in hopes that she can one day return to the place we call home.
