She finally got the results back from the brain study that was done. (This is what I had the benefit for last June.) Unfortunately all of the markers they were hoping to find did not show up. They found zero matches for the studies they are doing right now. Basically leaving us where we were before the test was done. So at this point Sara will be doing 4 more months of chemo if her system can handle it, her labs are at the lowest they have been. This puts her finishing treatments in March. There is no plan after March, it will just be to see what happens... Sara continues her diet of no sugar, where the doctors have told us that the cancer is gone, but she still has the tumor that hasn't gotten any smaller. Thank you again to everyone for your prayers and all of the offers for Christmas gifts and items for the kids, we are all grateful for you, your love and generosity! ❤️
As a cancer survivor, she may want to keep a little something in her stomach at all times, little meals are better than big ones, and if I'd have listened to my prognosis I would have been dead over 11 yrs ago...still here... Find something positive every day. I believe you will be here to see grandkids.
Prayers continue for you Sara. Stay positive, and when you can't we will be positive for you. God Bless you Sara and your beautiful family.
Sara-----prayers go up to our Lord for you, May God lessen the headaches & heal you. Please God keep your arms around Sara & her beautiful family---keep them strong & in faith. You are in our hearts Sara.
Thank you for the updates Stephanie. Prayers for all for strength and peace.
I will continue to pray for Sara that her treatments help the cancer go away! Be strong and God will provide you with good health soon!!
Stephanie, I go to St Mark's. I know what your family is going through. My husband had brain tumors. If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know. Fortunately my children were grown when thus happened to us. My prayers are with Sara and your family.
