Mexico Quake - Rebuild Family Homes

Hi everyone, my name is Miguel and I live in New York.
I've started this GoFundMe because I want to help my family raise funds to start rebuilding their homes. There are two members in particular who mean a lot to me and have had the most loss. My Grandma Guille, and my pregnant sister Rosario.
On September 19, 2017 there was a devastating earthquake in central Mexico. Throughout many cities and states there has been a lot of loss. My family lives in two towns that have been affected in the state of Morelos.
While there has been a lot of aid sent to Mexico, it has been mostly concentrated on Mexico city.
My grandmother, now in her 70s has been working for the last 10 years to build a home after my grandfather passed away. She has been working in the fields farming and saving up money to build her dream house. Now after this earthquake she feels dejected. All the work and time she has put is now essentially a total loss. She is at a position in her life that she can no physically dedicate herself to rebuild. Because of this I want to prioritize helping her. Below is one of the walls that crumbled and is starting to separate.
My sister Rosario lives about 20 minutes away, in another town that was also heavily damaged. Luckily no one was home at the time, but the house was completely destroyed. She is 7 months into pregnancy and is expecting a baby boy. Her, my nephew, and my brother in law are all unharmed. But now the time is to assess the damage and plan for the rebuilding process. Below is a picture of her living room.
As of right now my initial request for $3000 is to get work started on cleaning debris, assessing the damage, and pricing out the rebuilding process. Once we receive a quote, donations will go to paying for labor and materials.
In terms or disbursement of money to achieve the desired goal. I will withdraw the money, and send it to my family members in Mexico. There the money will be used to pay private architects and engineers for assessing the damage and gaining an initial quote. Afterwards I will withdraw the money and send to my family to start buying materials .
Any excess funds will be donated to a charity yet to be determined.
