My passion and love for environmental science has grown each year since I first attended a Nature Camp in middle school. I have participated in stream monitoring and many activites of my local environmental network.
Now, an amazing opportunity has presented itself; I have been invited to attend an all-girls science and leadership semester school in Maine for 16 weeks with an intensive focus on environmental science. Your generous support in the past has been incredible, and I need some more of that incredible help to make it through this new journey.
Located on a 600+ acre farm on the sweeping, beautiful Maine coast, the Coastal Studies for Girls school has offered me a generous financial aid packet that leaves only $5,000 left for me to raise to complete the $22,000 tuition.
