MEOW Now Cat & Kitten Medical Care

The Team at MEOW Now traps community cats throughout Pinellas County for TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return). Often during the trappings, we trap cats and kittens that are friendly enough to put up for adoption rather than return them to the outdoors. However many of the times these cats and kittens need additional medical care before we can place them in a forever home. The result in that of course is additional costs for the care.

- MN finds kittens while trapping that are under 2lbs and or sick.
- MN will not leave kittens at a trapping site.
- Through the vetting process, additional medical treatment may be required.
- Treatment for kittens can be very expensive.
- We have fostered 170 kittens YTD in 2017.
- Kittens may require other surgical treatment outside of the normal spay/neuter.
We need financial assistance from the community to continue supporting our foster kittens.

We are dedicated to TNVR and for the overall well-being of all free-roaming cats in our county. That mission includes helping place cats and kittens into loving homes if/when possible. We would love to be able to help all of the cats and kittens that we come in contact with in the field during our trappings, but our funding is very limited and dependent on the generosity and support of our community.
