Memorial service for Jacob

Our son Jacob Douglas Almonte was born premature at 24 weeks and 4 days. On April 21, 2019. He had all odds against him, at 2 days old he had his first surgery. Jacob had internal bleeding from a ruptured spleen. Since then Jacob has had 5 more surgeries. After Jacob’s last surgery his liver was failing and blood filled his lungs. Thankfully we were able to have our last few hours with Jacob before he passed on May 7, 2019. With the birth of Jacob we received tons of love and prayers from family and friends. We are extremely grateful because it made us stronger. Unfortunately as we were unprepared for his birth, we are unprepared for his passing. We both appreciate any help and kind words during this tragic time. Thank you.
