Memorial fund for Ricardo de Leon

Ricardo was a great father, husband, brother, son and friend. He would do everything to support and provide for his family. He was selfless, accepting, understanding and he did what he could to give us the best life possible. At 36 years old, he moved to America by himself to better provide for his family back home in the Philippines. Through his hard work and sacrifice, he was able to move our family to the United States with him. Through the hard work of my mom and dad, they were able to rent a 1 bedroom apartment in Berwyn where all 5 of us lived for 2 years together. Eventually, we moved to our current home in Carol Stream where most of our memories were made as a family. 14 years after moving to America, my parents proudly became citizens of the United States. During the 17 years we've lived here, we were provided with so many opportunities and experiences and it was all thanks to my dad. He was the backbone, breadwinner and main financial supporter of the family. He was a selfless human being whose main purpose was to provide for his family. 

Any support that you are able to provide in his absence would be appreciated and would help us pay for his memorial services and immediate family expenses. 

We are so thankful for everything that he has done for us and he will be greatly missed.
