Dean Nipper was an incredibly kind-hearted, respectful, and hardworking man. He was a loving husband, father, grandad, son, brother, friend, and caretaker of 12 personal rescue dogs. Dean served his country for 20+ years as a police officer, and showed his tender care for animals as founder of his non-profit: Bikers Against Animal Abuse & Neglect (www.baaan.org) as well as traveling and giving talks to middle & high schoolers about animal abuse and prevention. Dean was deeply loved by all and will be missed dearly...
