Megan's Moody Aviation Fund

The time is finally here! After 12 + years of planning, dreaming, anticipating, and growing, I will finally be applying for the Fall 2018 semester at Moody Bible Institute in Spokane, WA to begin their Mission Aviation program! It has been a long, hard road, with many ups and downs and all-arounds. But oh SO filled with blessings and joy beyond compare. Through it all, God has remained faithful and has called me out in ways that are both undeserved and unfathomable. After several years of hearing, "wait," "it is not time yet," "press on," "I have more for you here in this season," "hold fast;" it is now that I feel Him whispering, "It is time!

There is still a long road ahead in this next year while I buckle down financially, continue to work as an RN, and seek out all that He provides.

It is through this season that I am in great need of warriors like you. I need prayer-warriors who will raise me up in prayer (as I know the dark one will do all he can to sabotage and tear me down.) I need warriors of encouragement who will lift me up and fight with me against the negative thoughts that are inevitable on such a journey (written words of Truth have a power all their own). And as much as I hate, hate, hate asking for money, I need financial-warriors who will partner with me on this level, as I will only be around 50% funded on my own by the time next year rolls around.

In my own fleshly weakness, it is my nature to feel quite defeated and discouraged by this number. However, I know someone who does not feel at all defeated, and He is the reason I press on! He is the reason I trust that it will all somehow come together. He is the reason I long to be stretched, challenged, and uncomfortable. He is the reason there is unforeseen sweetness in this life.

For in Him there is a journey like no other. In Him is where I want to be found. In Him, is the only way that I want to walk out this life, as terrifying and treacherous as it may be. Are you with me?
