Dear supporters, please help us fund the medical needs of injured people in Ukraine who stood up against government brutality and now foreign invasion to defend their human rights and dignity. Many have been injured and need expensive medical treatment. Medical Fund for Maidan is an initiative led by Ukrainian American physicians and other volunteers to fund the
treatment and rehabilitation needs of injured activists and soldiers. Core people working tirelessly to provide medical relief since December are Chicago based physician Dr. Mariya Dmytriv-Kapeniak MD, MPH (initiator), Alla Dziuma, MPH, physicians from Iowa Nataliya Kukhar MD and Ivan Kukhar MD and many more. All your gifts are transferred directly to the injured and their families, or used to pay for specific treatments. All receipts and a spreadsheet of our spending are available at our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/maidanmedicalusa. We have established networks of volunteers throughout the US and Ukraine, funded the evacuation of critically injured for treatment abroad, funded the treatment of over 400 injured, and purchased highly needed medical supplies, etc.. Our current focus is still the same: helping severely injured and recovering victims back to health. We partner with “Razom “ and the E-Plus initiative in Ukraine to coordinate efforts. Remember that by donating, you are helping freedom loving people like yourself. We give our personal guarantee that all donated money will be spent for the medical needs of the injured. No gift is too small. We keep our donors and
public updated as we move forward with our medical mission. Please make your names known so we can thank you personally. Anonymous gifts are welcome as well. Let's speak in numbers.

Thank you for the support!

This week medical fund volunteers contributed to treatment of injured Danylo Semchyshyn from Kalush. Danylo , father of 6 y.o of 1 y.o girls, has been at midst of the frontline for over the year. Both of his legs were severely wounded, he overcame 9 surgeries and just when he was stable enough to fulfill his dream of taking his daughter to her the first day of school, artery in his leg became clotted and danger of amputation imminent again. He is back at the hospital receiving emergency treatment and is in need of expensive medications and possibly treatment abroad. His wife is asking for prayers and positive thoughts. If you would like more information about Danylo or would like to contribute directly to his recovery please mention his name when donating.

Dear friends, one of our volunteers Nataliya visited wounded soldiers and distributed remaining funds to help with treatment and rehab. Most of the recipients are in need of long term care, bed or wheelchair ridden and will never be able to walk again. It's even more tragic that they are struggling to recover in the poverty stricken country. All our volunteers want to pass along sincere thanks from wounded guys and their families to every one who contributed and therefore helped to ease their struggle. We will no longer be accepting donations through gofundme. If anyone has any questions about past transactions or future projects please message us through our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/maidanmedicalusa. Feel free to contact me through my page as well (Mariya). I am very grateful to be part of this mission. Heroyam slava!
