Medical Fund and Food

On Jan. 4, 2016, I was taken to the ER by my neighbor.  I ended up staying there 2 weeks at that time.  ( Not what I was planning on )  I was diagnosed with Chronic Level 3 Heart Failure, Chronic AFIB, Chronic Pulmonary Hypertension, Chronic Bronchial Spasma, and Chronic Sleep Apnea.  In other words, my heart is failing.  I really don't know for sure how long I have.  Some people can live with this for years, others not very long.  I have my son whom I am living for.  He is currently 16 and he needs me to help him til he graduates, and hopefully goes off to the Navy and then on to college.  I need to get him there.
      I was a general contractor, owning my own business at that time.  I had to close this, as there is no way to work with these medical conditions.   I HAVE applied for disability and am currently awaiting a court date to fight for it.  I have worked all my life, and tried to help as many people out as possible.  I have delt with life's little issues, but this one really has me down for the count.  I just need a small amount, around $2000 to keep my son and I afloat for a bit and give me some breathing room until disability gets approved.  I'm not happy about asking for help, but it's gotten that rough.
     I currently go to various doctors several times a month.  I take 26 pills a day to stay alive.  I'm just trying to do the best I can for my family.  If you can help, it would be VERY much appreciated.  Anything helps.  Thank you for your time.
