Medical expenses for throat cancer

I am setting up this gofundme account for my sister in law who lives in the Philippines her name is Vilma F Herras. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and does not have insurance to pay for a much needed operation for a biopsy  to remove the undifferentiated carcinoma and chemo.
