Please help me with medical expense

I don't think I've ever asked for help before regarding my medical expenses.  But I'm in collections for my emergency room experience and the monthly infusions.  As of right now I have to decline the life enhancing infusions until I get caught up with my bill.  Any help would be appreciated!
