Medical Eats Money

Hello, everyone! We have been so busy being hands on as we are that we havent been raising any money and we need to! As most of you know MCP Rescue takes on many major cases. Up till the last few days we had 5 hospice cases. Unfortunately we had to let two of our angels go back to star dust as their bodies began to fail them and staying around in pain we couldnt help manage for them was not an option. They asked to continue on their journeys and we listened. It has not been an easy week to say the least. Even though some of our friends have left us their medical bills remain. On top of our hospice dogs who include Manny Wolfpony who has serious spinal arthitis paired with Kidney Disease. The ever magical goatwizard Marvel (pictured) that is thriving yet living with a wound pertruding through his cheek due to an ear infection left unattended for years that solidfied his jaw shut. Softscrub, has Cancer of his bum and until he can't go to the bathroom anymore and continues to play and love his life we continue on... Each of these dogs is on extensive and expensive medications. Sebass, is another major medical we took on. Double entropian surgery on each eye. Heartworm positive. As well as a few new flu dogs we pulled from CACC.  We have a little friend with a shattered pelvis who was hit by a car twice. Another with skin infections, another with major dental. We also have quite a few long termers in boarding. We need to catch up with out bills and get to planning a fundraiser we can invite everyone to! We appreciate each and every one of you and we know we couldn't do what we do without YOU! Teamwork makes the dreams work and those dreams are saving the lives of innocent, incredible souls that don't have a shot at love and life without all of us!
