Erica lost her sweet husband Tony Means, who many in her community loved and knew as an LDS Seminary Teacher and friend, due to an 8 year battle with brain cancer. He died in December of 2016, while Erica was pregnant with their 7th child. She has received so much love and support from friends, neighbors, and family members I know she would want us to thank everyone for their countless gifts of love.
My husband and I think the world or Erica for her strength and courage to face such difficulty, but mostly for her humility and concern for others in such a trying time. I have seen her share countless Go Fund Me accounts of others who's lives have been changed by the tragedy of losing loved ones. There is no doubt in my mind that she always and foremost wants to give to others.
She has been having some difficulties with her family vehicle and she has fixed it as problems have arose, but recently the vehicle has a very expensive thing that needs to be fixed that would cost her close to what the vehicle is worth and the vehicle is very old.
As Erica makes trips regularly to Huntsman's to have 4 of her beautiful children screened for cancer and goes about being super mom to her wonderful children, we would love to help her feel a little less stress, by raising some money to fund a newer family car with less mechanical problems. If we don't raise enough at least the money could be used to assist with fixing her current problems with her vehicle. We appreciate your kindness. Helping others is what life is all about.
