Revamp MCHS Cheer

We are excited at MCHS to revamp our cheer program! We had a huge turnout for tryouts, and as a result, have a squad of 24 girls! Because of this, we will need new uniforms, poms, etc.  In order to increase our skills, we would like to attend stunt and choreography clinics as well as tumbling clinics which all require money. In addition, we would love to purchase new mats since we currently only have three, 3 panel mats that are approximately 20 years old. These mats are essential to work on our tumbling and for safety during stunting. In order to curb the price for new cheerleaders, we plan to participate in lots of fundraising opportunities. Varsity has partnered with GoFundMe and we may have the chance to earn an additional $500 if we get enough people added quickly enough. If each member reaches out to 20 people who donate $5 each we will easily reach our goal and be on our way to reaching our fundraising goals.
