Miriam's Fight Agaist Cancer

This is Miriam and my son Jacob and a true love story.
After a bitter 20 plus marriage,and divorce Jake met Miriam, her nickname in the family is Mayra. They fell in love and their 2 separate family's melded together almost like they had always been a family, Jake's 3 kids and Miriam's 3, each having 2 boys and one girl and even tho they each only have youngest children left at home they became a family a real family.
A few years ago, Miriam's cancer that had been in remission, returned. This beautiful, loving mother and loving person is a fighter. She took every treatment and followed Dr's orders and then the unthinkable happened,  their insurance capped out.
Jacob worked all the extra hours he could, sold most of his belongings , borrowed money from everyone he knew because of his great love for Miriam and trying to get her the medical treatments she needs and now has hit rock bottom.
Her treatments run $10,00.00 a month and her monthly medications run about $3,000.00 a month.
