Maurice Owen Memorial Fund

My beautiful Aunt Maurice Owen passed away early this morning (2-13-17) from stage 4 cancer that started as breast cancer and then spread. She was a loving and caring soul who helped and ministered to a lot of people. Now her family needs our assistance. Maurice has been on hospice for the past month after time in two hospitals and a nursing facility. My Uncle had to quit his job in order to stay with her and care for her.  Monica, their daughter, lost her job and hasn't had time to look for another one because she has been devoting her time to helping her dad and taking care of her mom.  Now, after several months of medical expenses, loss of insurance, and no burial plan, they find themselves financially burdened and unable to afford funeral expenses, even with cutting corners.  We all know that funerals are expensive and a payment plan is not an option, so time is of the essence.  Please help me by helping them.  All of the funds donated will go towards paying for funeral expenses.  If we wind up with extra, I would like to donate whatever is left to one of my Aunt's favorite charities in her name.  If you can help, that would be awesome!
