Matt Hodd funeral costs
Donation protected
Matt Hodd - Ecologist & Poet died in Killarney, Co Kerry on May 11th, 2018.
He was the beloved son of Trish and the late Toby, Cherished brother of Stephen, Dylan and Rory and father to beautiful boy Gwyddion.
With your help the family would like to ease the financial burden of giving Matt a decent send off. The costs are for casket, embalmment and his Cremation.
His ashes are to be scattered on a family garden in which will be seeded some trees to begin the renewal of Matt in the form of nature in which his spirit will forever flourish.
The family will be in charge of covering the funeral expenses.

Celebration (08/04/2018)
There is a rage within needing to be gentled,
Only dancing can help sometimes,
That warm lilt as bodies sway together creates cooling balm for the soul,
About turn takes the sting out of life,
Your role becomes the cosmos in union with rhythm and movement.
A stirring saxophone sings its jazz inflected melody across the throng as it gives way to octobeats of mambo, bachata and traditional set,
Becoming a deep groove of African freestyle:
A gyration of forms,
Emotional freedom,
The passion of creation.
A resting of being once more.
