Matthew McClean Medical expenses?

Hello,
I am trying to raise funds to help my brother Matthew McClean. He was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. They found a tumor in his throat, the biopsy determined it malignant. He went in for a CT scan and
found it has spread into his intestines.
Matthew is the last of my three brothers. My youngest and oldest brother tragically died at very young ages.
Matthew lives in Tennessee, and my husband & I live in California, so there is quite bit of distance between us, so it is difficult to help out on a regular basis. We work two jobs just make ends meet, so we are unable to help out financially. Other family members are not in a position to help financially either.
Matthew is a hard-working man, and a great father to his young sons, Caleb & Joshua. He cleans carpets & flooring for a living, struggling to provide for his family. With symptoms of his pre-diagnosed cancer, Matthew has been unable to work as much, adding to the burden.
At this time, I am asking for assistance in helping Matthew with his recent medical expenses that include his doctors' visits and his insurance premiums he is unable to pay. He has not received instructions for treatment yet, so we are simply asking for help for expenses already incurred to help ease the financial burden and let Matthew focus on the next phase of treatment and getting well.
