Matt Megale Memorial Fund

In lieu of flowers we are requesting a donation to be made in Matt's honor as we are finalizing the exact charity in his memory. We are planning to use 25% of the funds to help raise awareness and sponsor a meaningful addiction program that Matt would be proud to support... Whether we interview and find one that we feel is meaningful or start our own specific one providing the resources and support the other programs lack. Our goal is to help someone who is struggling have hope and guidance with their fight. 

The other 75% of the funds raised will go towards Matt's biggest wish in life, to help with Shea's fight in Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Matt's life revolved around his little sister, and he wanted nothing more than for her to be fully independent, healthy, and thriving. He has recently been pushing Shea to receive the new drug that was just released that will help stop the progression of SMA. Shea has been hesitant but Matt has been the leading force trying to convince her, mentioning he would even work 5 jobs for her if he needed to to help with the expense. We would like to continue to help raise money for SMA in Matt's honor so that he can continue to be the caring big brother that he was to Shea from Heaven.
