A Fundraising Appeal to Complete One of Three Stages to Get Our Sisters Back Inside the Masjid (After 4 Years)

As Salaamu Alaykum,

Allaah says in the Qur'aan that which means:

"The Masaajid of Allaah shall be maintained only by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day; establish the prayer, and give Zakaat and fear none but Allaah. It is they who are expected to be on true guidance." (Surah At Tawbah 9:18)

We are seeking assistance from our brothers and sisters in the Deen, to raise approximately $11,000 that is needed to repair two sections of the facility's roof, one of which is directly above the sisters' and brothers' musallas (prayer areas).

Uthman ibn Affãn reported: The Messenger of Allah ‎(ﷺ) said:

((Whoever builds a mosque, seeking by way of it the Face of Allaah, [then] Allaah will build for him a house like it in Paradise.)) [Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī and Muslim]

This is the first of three stages needed to secure a place inside of the Masjid, to accommodate our sisters, and provide them with a comfortable prayer area. Your support in this matter is needed and greatly appreciated.

On the authority of Khuraim bin Faatik (radhiyallaahu ‘anhu) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

((Whoever spends an expense in the path of Allaah; then it will be written down for him seven hundred fold." [Reported by At-Tirmidhee and it was graded authentic by Shaikh Al-Albaanee in his Saheeh Sunan At-Tirmidhee.]
