We (Isiah, Carlos, Xavier, and Alesandro) are the proud son's of Mary Terra. We have created Mary's Pink Fund in efforts to save her life and ease her worry and stress at this very difficult time. Our mother is a strong, caring, and amazing person. Anyone who knows her will tell you that she has always gone above and beyond for her friends and family- if she could help- she would without hesitation. January 4, 2016 was the day our mother was diagnosed with Stage 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer (which is considered the most aggressive and rare form) and immediately her fight began. Since this time, she has received multiple surgeries, radiation treatment, and chemotherapies. Due to the intensity of her treatment and continued unexpected complications- including lymphedema, tricuspid regurgitation, and additional side effects, our mother (who worked as a business analyst for 17 years), needed to leave her job and focus on her health and recovery.
At this time, bills continue to pile up; medical expenses as well as household bills as she has been the primary provider for us.
If we are able to raise money for our mother and family these funds will be used to maintain our household and everday living costs that are at a critical need at this time. These funds will continue to allow our mother to travel back and forth from Dana Farber and her continued treatments needed that will ultimately help her get better. We also will be able to help our mother have less to worry about as she has always done everything to care for us. Any bit of financial help will immediately go into use to cover overdue bills and medical treatments.
Please help us support our mother's Pink Fund! This is our chance to give back to the wonderful woman who has dedicated her life caring for us- she is a proud woman and would never want to ask for help so we are taking this on ourselves to show her how much we love her.
