Mission Trip to Honduras

Hey everyone! I'll start by saying that I'm beyond grateful for the opportunities and blessings God has given me over the past year. After moving to Florida last summer, I quickly made Celebration Church in Jacksonville my home. Here, I've been blessed with the opportunity to become part of an upcoming mission trip to Tegicigalpa, Honduras.
On September 3rd, a small group of women and myself will be traveling to Honduras to work with the local women and children, and minister to a local women's prison. Below are some of the organizations we will be working with:
Zion Ministries: founded in 1987 by Peter and Tyanne Jurke to prepare a platform for outreach in the local community
Operation Save: now seen as a source of support and friendship to Honduras, this humanitarian outreach was created in 1998 after hurricane Mitch devastated areas of the country
Honors Academy: bicultural Christian school, providing education and character training to the orphans of Honduras
Zion Tabernacle Church: Located in Tegicigalpa, this ministry serves as both a church and outreach through medical brigades, humanitarian aid, evangelistic outreaches and prison ministry
Hope Center: a home for orphaned, abandoned, and abused children. The center serves as a feeding center, a medical and dental clinic, and distribution center for humanitarian resources.
Through the support of mission trips like this one, and your donation, the Zion Tabernacle Church has the potential to help thousands of poverty-stricken women and children in Honduras. I hope that you find it in your heart to give.. even the smallest donations will help me reach my goal!
