Mary's House is in the Home Stretch

Great News!! We are at the home stretch in building communal housing to serve elders including LGBTQ/SGL elders  in Washington, DC. In June 2018 Mary's House for Older Adults was awarded funds from the DC Department of Housing and Community Development to begin construction. 

Our Pre-Development Costs are:

Architect and Permits: $150,000
Third Party Contracts: $150,000*
*Includes: appraisal, market study, environmental report, accounting  reports and green consulting reports  

We need your help to get it done! We need to raise $50,000 to allow the architect to begin detailed blueprints to begin CONSTRUCTION.

Your support and encouragement has gotten us this far. Your donation of $10, $25, $100, $500 (or more)  will go towards the Pre-Development costs needed to break ground in April 2019.
