I finished my FIRST BOOK! Woo-hoo! (for specific details of my work, see the bottom of this message)

~~ What If...? How to Create the Life You Want Using the Power of Possibility ~~

Now, it's time to share it. To do that, I need your help. Which, of course, begs the question... why help me publish?

To begin with, let me tell you a bit about me: I help people. It's what I do, and I love it. I'm grateful to be able to do it. I help people create change, so that they can live happier, healthier, and better lives. I do this in various different ways. I write (check out my weekly blog at ), I coach, I counsel, and I help them heal.

Technically, I am a certified Life Coach, a licensed pyschotherapist, and a Reiki Master. I have many other "official" credentials and numerous unofficial ones as well. The bottom line is that I have spent the better part of the past decade learning, exploring, understanding, and using (!) everything I've learned about living more authentically, and now I share it with others to help them do the same. Whether it's one-on-one coaching, workshops, or writing, my goal is always to be of service in sharing what I've learned to help others in a meaningful way.

Like the rest of the world, I'm a work in progress, and I am always learning. I then share what I learn, have tested, and experienced myself, in a way that is accessible, digestible, and understandable. Hence... my FIRST book! (Can you tell I'm super excited about this?!)

My goal is to raise at least enough money to fund the publishing of this first endeavor. My hope is that I will raise enough to do that and more. (Book #2 is already halfway done!) Every penny I raise will go toward supporting this and future projects. $5,000 is just a start, the sky truly is the limit! I've offered some "rewards" for your donation, at varying levels. Please know, though, that every bit helps as I am funding this project entirely myself.

With your help, I will be able to share even more, and help more people who are trying to change their lives and live more fully. So, by helping me, you're helping others, too. Win-win! I have a motto: We can change the world, by changing lives, one person at a time. Let's help change lives together.

Join me in doing just that. And, from my heart...

My current projects and their status:

What If...? How to Create the Life You Want Using the Power of Possibility (COMPLETED, due out early 2015)
This is a how-to manual that guides the reader through theories and exercises on creating lasting change in their lives, examining existing obstacles and using powerful terminology to create something new. Life-changing, for sure! (and received unanimous "two thumbs-up" from my beta readers)

Landing On My Feet: A Journey From Codependency to Authenticity (work in progress, working title)
My personal story of growth, from codependent to authentic self, told in a narrative form with humor, sincerity, and support for others experiencing a similar journey.

The Muse: A Spiritual Novel (work in progress, working title)
I flex my creative muscles in this novel and write a story that incorporates many of the spiritual principles I have learned over the years. It's along the lines of Paulo Coelho's "The Alchemist" or "Brida" - a work in progress that I love writing.

In Active Pursuit of Change (work in progress, working title)
Another how-to book specifically focused on the anatomy of change.

I've written 7 children's books for which I am currently searching for illustrators. (With more in the works!)

It's ALMOST HERE!! I'm so happy to share with you my NEWEST published work as a contributing author in "365 Moments of Grace" - which comes out TOMORROW! This is a collaborative work, that I think is ingenious.

The book is a daily devotional, created around a theme (in this case, Grace), with over 250 authors sharing their stories. Most devotionals have a theme and a single voice, which sometimes can feel repetitive. In our book, each voice is unique, which gives a much broader perspective to the topic.

I hope you find this book to be a wonderful source of calm and grace in your year ahead. And frankly, I hope you consider purchasing it tomorrow - because we would love to be ranked as a "bestseller" on our launch day, a title that can be shared among all the contributing authors. Until I reach that status on my own (which I know is around the corner), it would be lovely to reach it as part of a collaborative soulful effort.

If you'd like to support us in reaching our "bestselling" status, and more importantly, to add a wonderful inspirational book to your bookshelf, please note your calendar to buy your copy tomorrow, using this link:

This link is personal to me, and will actually support me as one of the authors (albeit a teeny-tiny percentage), which would be additionally awesome, and greatly appreciated. Feel free to share it, as well. And of course you can purchase the book at any time, it would just be awesome if you are interested in purchasing it, to do so on the day of the launch (6/21/16).

As always, I appreciate your support, thoughtfulness, and encouragement on this journey of mine, as I keep writing and helping others on theirs.

Much love,

P.S. When you purchase the book, there are over 100 (!) Bonus Gifts available to you, including my own hand-drawn "Grace" mandala. Here is a preview of the gifts:

Hi Everybody,

I wanted to take a minute to update you, my very first supporters, on how things are going. All in all, it's been a pretty successful 10+ months since the book launched last June. Sales have been modest, but I have received a good amount of press/media, including:

Greenwich Magazine
Metro News
Kenilworth Life (magazine)
Greatist (their most interacted post on FB)

And most recently I was a featured contributor to's newest online presence: motto. I've posted links at the bottom of this email, if you're interested in checking any, or all, of these articles out. (Greenwich and Kenilworth Life are not online, unfortunately - but they're posted on my Facebook page:

Last fall, I had a great book tour, met wonderful people, and had great events, including a breakfast meeting for a Women's Leadership Team at Google headquarters in NYC, among so many others. My time in Houston was busiest, with an event every day for a week. It was great to connect with old friends and new fans alike. Of course, I owe a huge thank you to Sally (Tusa) Abbey for being my right hand during the tour and organizing everything. Couldn't have done it without her.

And I couldn't have done it without YOU! So, again, a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to you all for your support, love, and thoughtfulness throughout this entire process.

In the beginning, my plan was to create my own publishing house, from which all of my work (and there's a LOT of it) will be produced. I would then add others' work along the way to grow and develop the organization even further. As you know, I believe: When we hold each other up, we all rise.

My plan is still the same, but I've decided there is a faster, easier, and SMARTER way to get there. Rather than reinventing the wheel, I intend to partner with an agent who will go the distance with me. From there, I hope to bring the entire concept to a larger, already established, publishing house, and make InspireBytes Press an imprint within their walls.

This past year has taught me much, including how important it is for me to focus on what I'm good at (the vision, the content, the relationships/presentations) and partner with others for everything else. So, next month (fingers crossed) I will be sending out query letters to specific agents that I have researched with the help of my friend, Adrienne, who has generously shared her insights from decades in publishing with me.

To that end, I'd like to have as many reviews of my work as possible. I know the agents will look at this, so I am asking you if you can take 5-10 minutes to write a review of "What if..?" on (and/or anywhere else you might write a book review: Barnes & Noble, Goodreads, iBooks, etc). If nothing else, just rating the book would be very helpful. Of course, 5 stars would be awesome, but please be honest. :)

I truly appreciate your support and hope you will be able to help me in this final push, as I know this is the way forward.

As always, I send you much love, and big hugs. Thank you again.

Hello Everybody! I wanted to pop in and wish you all a VERY happy 2016. What a year it's been. Hard to believe that just 12 months ago I hadn't even gotten started with publishing, and now here I am a published author! I feel so so blessed!

Since it's been a while, I wanted to send you a brief update and share some exciting news from today. I am still plugging away behind the scenes with the publicity for What if..? while I continue to work on new InspireBytes™ pieces weekly and return to the other books that have been waiting in the wings for the last year or so. It's a bit busy in my head, but I love it.

The awesome news from today is this: I've been featured in this month's issue of Greenwich Magazine! I am just thrilled with how the article turned out, and super grateful for being highlighted and included. I've been giddy all day. Here's a pic I made to capture this milestone. Hope you enjoy it as much as I am!

Much love always,

Hello all my amazing and wonderful donors! Happy Labor Day. I hope you're all enjoying this official "end" to summer's festivities. I, myself, have been spending my weekend tidying things up and preparing for my upcoming book tour. Yay!

It's for that reason that I'm writing you today. In 2 weeks I will begin the East Coast leg of my book tour, with stops in NY, CT, Philly and DC. At the end of October, I will be in Houston for another week with events almost every day. It will be a very busy time for me, and I'm looking forward to getting out and spreading the What if..? Love.

The majority of my time on the east coast (NY/CT) will actually be spent meeting with press/media, as I was unable to organize any public events as of yet (still working on it). I'm looking forward to the opportunity to speak with these folks and share my work and vision with them. To that end, I am writing to ask a favor.

If you have received from me or purchased a copy of my book and had a chance to read or browse through it, would you take a few minutes to leave a review? Reviews are very important in gaining reader interest. I may be a great cheerleader for my work, but 3rd party reviews are an endorsement that speaks exponentially... especially to the press!

I'd greatly appreciate if you could make the time this week to share your thoughts on "What if..?" at one (or all) of the following sites:

Barnes & Noble:

Thank you in advance. I truly hope this note finds you well. As always,

much love and gratitude,
