Martin Torres’ Funeral Costs

We had my fathers funeral on Saturday February 23rd. Everything went very well and we were able to raise enough for his funeral and burial. With all of your help and help outside of this fundraiser. I will say that we are still accepting donations on here due to us not having enough funds to get my father a headstone yet. So with that being said any donations from here on out will go towards getting my father the headstone he deserves. Thank you all for the continuous love and support. None of this would’ve been possible without you.
Martin was a loving father, son, brother, friend, and everything/anything else in the whole book. Today we lost him at 3:33pm due to a horrible infection in his right leg. The infection was spreading too quickly and caused them to take him into an emergency surgery and amputate up to the knee. After his surgery he couldnt breathe on his own so they placed him on a ventilator and continuous dialysis. Yesterday we met with the doctors and they explained that there isn’t much else they can do for him and the best thing would be to let him go. He was still in prison custody during this whole process which made it soo hard for a lot of family to say their goodbyes. We will have a burial for him and are still trying to set things up.
Being that he was still in prison before all of this occurred we are asking for any sort of donations to help with his funeral costs and services. Anything will help. Thank you all for your kind words, love, and prayers. We will make sure he is laid to rest peacefully with all of your help. Thank you all in advance ❤️
