Marta's College Fund

This fund is for Marta Cichon. I want to set this up on her behalf because she has become a loved member of our family in the short time we have known her.
If you know anything about Marta, you know that she would never ask for anyone's help herself. She is kind, generous and one of the hardest working people I know. She has forged strong relationships with many of the people who she has met in very short periods of time and now I want to do something to help her.
As everyone is aware, college tuition is expensive. Marta worked very hard to earn one year of college tuition for Rhode Island College and is currently trying to earn money for the tuition for another year of college. As an international student, Marta is not elligible for scholarships or financial aid like other students.
Due to her student visa restrictions, Marta is only able to work part time on campus. Which makes it very difficult for her to earn the full tuition by herself for an international student.
Marta has only been in the US for 3 years and learned most of her English by immersing herself in the language and culture in the United States. Last semester, Marta earned a 3.75 GPA from RIC. She is a model student who is so deserving of the chance to pursue an education.
Marta needs this money (and more) by May, so she can prove that she will be able to pay tuition for a full year, if she is not able to raise or earn the money, she will have to return to Poland where there is not much opportunitiy for her to grow and thrive.
My family would be lost with out Marta, and I know many others feel the same way. We would be forever grateful for any donations to this fund.
