Marley's Meds.

£660 of £1,000 goal

Raised by 36 people in 6 months
We found Marley cowering in some rubbish filled bushes by a roadside in Greece. She was terrified, desperate for affection, food, water, heat. But also too scared to come near us, or even to move away from her spot near the road. After a day spent coaxing her out with food and water she suddenly let us approach her as it got dark. I don't think she could face another night alone in the cold. We can't abandon her again and have decided to adopt her and bring her home with us. We spend at least 6 months a year travelling around in our van - a great life for a dog, with lots of long walks and constant company. To do this we have to get Marley all her shots and her pet passport as well as all the everyday things a growing pup needs. We've already started doing this but we travel to a budget...And Marley wasn't in our budget. So any help to get her sorted and bring her home would be great. Any money left over will be donated to Healing Paws Animal Rescue in Zakynthos to help rehome all the other dogs like Marley. You can follow Marley's story on the Just Another Anima Facebook page. Thank you so much for helping Marley. Fiona & Jay xxx https://b-m.facebook.com/justanotheranima/

Thanks so much to everyone who's donated to help Marley. It's made a huge difference to us already, as we'd be panicking a bit right now without the help you've given us.
As it is we've been able to kick back and focus on doing the right thing by Marley instead of having to pinch pennies and have her do without.
It's two weeks today since we found her in that pile of rubbish by the road and there's nothing left of the nervous, traumatised wee thing she was then.
Thanks to all your help she has gained 2.5 kg in weight, and turned into a VERY naughty puppy!
She's such a character now. Pushing every boundary she can find. Full of love and curiosity, and finds and chews our shoes if we are too slow off the mark taking her for a walk.
We're going to keep the campaign running until we get back to the UK . We've already had one emergency run to the Vet with her when she had a bit of gastroenteritis last week! So we're going to heave a huge sigh of relief when we're home and can start building up our own Marley Fund!
Remember any extra funds will go to helping other abandoned and badly treated Greek dogs like Marley who are in desperate need of new, loving families of their own.
Thanks again!
