Mark Marques Memorial Fund

On March 29, 2017 we lost one of the greatest men in our lives-Mark T Marques.
He was a loving father to six people: five step-children-Mark, Michael, Ashley, Bruce, and Robert and one birth son-Blake. He was a grandpa to one little boy named MJ and one little girl named Jordyn and was expecting his third grandchild in September.
He met the love of his life, Debbie, in February of 2004 and married her in 2009.
Everyone in our family regarded him as a leader and supporter. He was the owner of a pool service company along with Debbie who owns a housekeeping service company. He would only take what he needed and never more. Any time there was something we didn't need around the house anymore he would visit a neighbor and give it away.
Suddenly in 2014 he found himself in a battle with liver cancer. Initially he was very hopeful that he would win his battle and be able to enjoy a long rest of his life with his family. After two years of treatment he slowly grew weaker but never lost hope. He still insisted that this was just a phase and that we had nothing to worry about.
In the beginning of 2017 it became evident that if the cancer wasn't going to take him, the rigorous fighting and chemo treatment would. One week before his death we were informed that there was nothing else doctors could do to treat him. The chemo burned inoperable holes in his intestines which eventually led to his death on Wednesday March 29, 2017.
Money donated will go towards funeral costs and the memorial service. Any money donated would be appreciated and helpful.
