Mark Arfin Longalong Memorial Fund

My oldest brother Arfin is in the hospital for a thyroid storm. He has hyperthyroidism and has never fully recovered. Just yesterday, he got an infection on his thyroid and has a thyroid storm, which is a life-threatening health condition. Currently, he is in a coma in a public hospital in Cabanatuan that cannot give him the proper care so we are trying to transfer him to a hospital that can treat him properly. 

We are asking for any contributions which will help in the fight for his life.

19Dec update: I just arrived in Cabanatuan, Philippines to be with my brother Arfin and to support my family. I arrived early this morning and cannot see him yet because of visiting hours. Arfin was transferred to the Immaculate Conception Medical Center in Cabanatuan, Philippines and is being treated in their ICU. He is still in a coma and I have not yet consulted with the doctors on his prognosis. 

My brother does not have medical insurance as his work was limited due to his medical condition. As you may know, ICU (Intensive Care Unit) is very, very expensive, especially for my family of limited means. So please continue the contributions if you can do so.

21Dec Update - My brother Mark Arfin Longalong has passed. He had a cardiac arrest and could not hold on any longer. He is in the hands of GOD now and no longer feeling pain and suffering. May GOD be with you. We love you brother, always and forever!
