This puppy, believed to be 8-12 weeks old approximately, was found at 7pm on 9th November by a couple walking through the park.
"Marcie" as she was named by the community after she was humanely euthanized, was BASHED, SERIOUSLY BURNED AND DUMPED in an out of sight area in the park. This was a deliberate act of Cruelty as she had suffered the injuries a number of days prior to being found.
RSPCA Victoria is investigating, but we need to help them as a community as they cannot do this alone.
RSPCA commented in their public statement, it is the worst case of cruelty they have seen.
All monies raised will be used specifically to fund posters, pamphlets, advertising, initial costs of other funding campaigns, such as Tee Shirts, Bill Boards, what ever it takes to find this person or persons.
Any surplus donations if / when Marcie's perpetrator is charged, will be used in a manner that is agreed on by the community and it will be put back into Animal Welfare in its entirety.
