Marble Falls residents pushed out of homes by rising floodwaters

A flooded Marble Falls neighborhood begins its cleanup (Pecan Valley)
This week, nobody could have planned for such a devastating disaster.
I can't just sit back knowing that the majority of the homeowners don't have flood insurance (you can't blame them since nothing has happened in this area since the 1930's!). Not only their home, but every sentimental piece of property, pictures, clothing, furniture, and beyond has been stripped from these wonderful people in less than 24 hours. I can't describe the look on their faces when these families realized they need to start all over again. It was heartbreaking. Everything that they've have accumulated over a lifetime has been washed out to the front of their lawn, instantly useless and turned into wet trash.
There are over 20+ people in this neighborhood that I know have lost EVERYTHING. If we can come together and give from our hearts, I know it's not going to bring everything back to them, but it's a start and these people really need it and would greatly appreciate it.
Not to mention, this disaster has left these families without water, food, and electricity.

I have attached a handful of pictures of properties that have been affected during & after the major flooding. I will continue to post pictures of the affected homes and hopefully be able to post updates on how the contributions are helping build their lives back together.
