This page has been set up specifically to help Mandi’s children: Natasha, Connor (15) and Codie (14) to cover the costs of the incredibly sad task of arranging their mother’s funeral.
Mandi passed away unexpectedly in her home on Thursday 16 March. Sadly, she did not leave enough funds to cover the costs for her own funeral and so the responsibility has passed to her next of kin, Natasha, along with the devastating task of emptying the family home of all the belongings and the memories they have shared.
The children are absolutely devastated and we are reaching out to all those that knew Mandi, in the hope that you might find it in your hearts to help the children give their mother a dignified funeral. Sadly, if we do not raise enough money, the family will have no choice but to let the state pay for a ‘Pauper’s Funeral’. This means there would be no funeral service to attend and the children would just be given an urn of ashes. This simply cannot happen. Connor and Codie have a tough journey ahead of them and it is vital that they are able to, with your help, be a part of the arrangements for their mother’s final farewell.
