My name is Maxim. Im 4 years old, Im an ordinary boy, wko loves cars and planes, bicycles and scooters - place upside down everything that comes my way. Thats it was till the 3rd May, 2019.
Unsuccessful fall from a slide slightly above 1 meter lead to fracture at the base of the skull. As a result two operations and a coma of the 1st-2nd degree. I want to live. I want to run and jump again, but I need an expensive rehabilitation. Im asking you to give me a chance for a full life.

Little citizen of Odessa city Maxim urgently searching for help from all compassionate people. The accident happened on the 3rd of May 2019 at the kids playground. Little boy fell down from the slide which was 1.3m height. He was admitted into childrens city hospital.
DIAGNOSIS: fracture at the base of the skull with severe bruising of the brain. Haematoma developed in the brain as a result of the trauma. After the surgery which continued for 7 hours haematoma was successfully removed. On the 3rd day Maxim woke up and heard, saw and recognized everyone. Doctors were positive regarding the speedy recovery. For unknown reason on the 7th day Maxim relapsed. He suffered from hemorrhage.
The overall wellbeing of the child immediately worsened - his heart and breathing stopped. As a result there was 2nd surgery after which Maxim slipped into a 1st-2nd degree coma.
After all mentioned above Maxim survived and continuing his battle. Childrens city hospital where Maxim was unfortunately not specialising in such profile traums so based on the recommendation from Maxim's leading doctor the boy was transported to a private clinic. Currently Maxim is staying at the NeuroRehabilitation centre named "Nodus"(Kiev region, Brovary town). For the future stay and rehabilitation in the centre we need to raise funds. Our family unfortunately not in the position to afford for Maxim the future stay at the Nodus centre.
We are asking for help from everyone whose heart was touched by Maxim's story.

Maksim è un bambino ucraino, a cui serve aiuto per uscire dal coma e vivere di nuovo la sua vita. Il 3 maggio, mentre giocava su uno scivolo per bambini, è caduto battendo la testa. Dopo il ricovero in ospedale, ha subito un intervento chirurgico durante il quale é stato rimosso un ematoma. Il bambino si è risvegliato ed era cosciente, sembrava che tutto fosse andato per il verso giusto. Dopo due giorni l’ematoma si è ripresentato e Maksim è andato in coma e ha subito un nuovo intervento dal quale non si è più ripreso. I dottori della sua città nativa ritengono di non poter fare più nulla per lui, e i genitori si sono affidati a dottori di clinica privata a Kiev (capitale della Ucraina), dove il bambino e stato trasferito per la riabilitazione. Giá dopo il primo mese di riabilitazione, i miglioramenti sono stati visibili. Maksim è supportato amorevolmente dai suoi genitori che hanno giá pagato le spese di riabilitazione fino a novembre, spendendo circa 20000 € al mese, per un totale di 60000 €.
Chiediamo fondi per poter permettere a Maksim di continuare la lunga terapia che dovrà affrontare, nella speranza di riappropriarsi della sua giovane vita.
