End Period Poverty in Calgary&Area

Periods,  they are no joke.  Menstruation effects half the population, yet it is a topic that brings shame and embarrassment to so many.  All the funds raised will be used to buy period products and 100% donated to organizations in and around Calgary, Alberta to those that can not afford the expense. (I will be dropping boxes of pads, tampons, menstrual cups etc to shelters, food banks and WIN) I am hoping through the kindness of people like you; the women in this area will as they say have a happy period without the stress of buying the needed products they can not afford.  Through this page and the other platforms I am advocating through I hope to bring awareness to the issue of period poverty for it is very real to many people. it is said that as a as 1 in 5 Canadian women have trouble being able to afford period products. Help me help the women of my city and surrounding areas get the necessary products they need that they can not afford.
