Mahad Egal - Grenfell disaster

Campaign information

We have setup this fund raising campaign to help Mahad Egal whose family had lost everything in the Grenfell fire distasteful. Mahad and his family have lost everything in the fire. He has 2 young children who have nowhere to live and have lost all their possessions.

This fund will help him and his family with emergency accommodation, food and any other necessities to get them back on their feet.

How the money will be used:

As you may be aware, the family have lost everything in the fire. Mahad also isn't working at the moment due to the fire.

The family are currently living in temp accommodation and are waiting to be rehoused.

We will spend the money on the following things (approx):

Food, nappies and essentials - £2500 over the next 3-4 months

Clothes, shoes for the kids and the family - £2000.

Toys for the kids - £500

Pram for the younger child - £500-600

Furniture for the family - £3000

Electronics (TV, fridge, washing machine, toaster, kettle etc) - £1000

Transportation/delivery costs - £500

All money raised will be transferred to his account once he has received his passport and received a new card as all his documentation was burnt in the fire.
