A note from Leigh-Ann, Madison's Mom:
Friends and Family.
We are devastated to have found out that Madison has cancer and that her prognosis is poor.
Please pray for her for relief from her pain. She wants to be sure to use her time to let everyone know that Jesus loves them.
Pray for her brother. They shared incredible and unforgettable moments today as she comforted him after she learned that she may not have long with us.
Brenton and I are heartbroken.

As many of you know, Madison Wright has been dealing with very severe pains for a number of months. Sadly, for the last 6-7 weeks, she has been in and out of the hospital (local Mercy & UCSF) as the medical staff tried to determine what she is dealing with. It appears to be acute chronic pancreatitis and is very serious, and rare in children. At this time they are working to get her pain under control so she can go home and get back to some version of normal life such as school, as they continue to work on how to manage it long term.
As anyone would guess, this has been very hard on the family as well. Leigh-Anne has been in SF with Madison much of the last 2 months, and Brenton has been home taking care of Josh & working, which means most of that time they have been apart. Brenton & Josh travel most weekends to spend time with Madison & Leigh-Ann in SF, which can only logically be difficult & expensive.
We are praising the Lord that she is in good hands with specialists at UCSF, while we also pray for a miracle! We do not know what is to come for her or the family, but we would like to help lighten the load and relieve some of the financial burdens that will come with this situation, since they are going back and forth to SF often for hospital stays and medical appointments, they are having to take time from work, and we know there will be many other unexpected expenses that arise along the way. We know so many of you love the Wright's and are looking for a tangible way to help them during this most difficult time. So, if you'd like to contribute, I know they would be greatly blessed by your expression of love.
