Madison Yvonne Cook's burial fund

Madison Yvonne Cook was born asleep at 3:26 PM on June 26th 2018 at the University of Utah Hospital.  This unexpected loss was very devastating to her loving parents Rick and Meredith Cook who were  excitedly anticipating her arrival. She will be interred in Idaho Falls near other family members. We are raising money to cover the cost of transportation and burial.
