Help with Maddrox's Vet Bill

After a barbeque we hosted on Saturday, June 3rd, a dear friend and her son and dog, Maddrox, were walking to their car to leave the park. 3 very aggressive dogs in a yard next to the park ran up to the fence, pushing between the fence bars, and grabbed Maddrox, a 12 year old Rottweiler, into their yard.  He was injured very seriously and was rushed to an emergency veterinary hospital.  After hours of surgery, he was kept overnight for observation.  He survived his injuries and was allowed to go home.  Needless to say, this young family had to pay $3,000 while at the hospital and additional bills will come to over $1,000.  If you can help, anything will be most appreciated.  Thank you!
