Maddie's Last Year at Academy

Hey there! Thanks so much for visiting my fundraising page! My name is Madeline Barnes, & I’m a vocalist from Los Angeles County in California. I sing for my school’s jazz band & am a part of the LA-based a cappella group Legacy.This year, for the third year in a row, I was accepted into a camp for high-school-aged musicians from around the world called A Cappella Academy. I have been so fortunate to call this camp home & the people associated with it my family for the past two years. This camp has provided me with so many incredible musical connections & opportunities, including performing at the Hollywood Bowl & meeting the director of my current a cappella group, and has allowed me to work with & learn from so many other incredible & accomplished musicians. I owe everything I’ve accomplished musically to this camp. I’m so excited to be going back for my third & final year, but I need your help to do it!
