Mackenzie Hanrahan Funeral

On September 18, 2017 Mackenzie Mae Hanrahan entered this world ever so briefly and touched the hearts of many. Mackenzie was born at Condell Hospital in Libertyville, Illinois, weighing 6 pounds and 6 ounces. She opened her eyes briefly to see her mommy and daddy. Her eyes are now closed as we lay her to eternal rest. Although her life was brief, Mackenzie will be an angel forever. We ask for your support and prayers during this most difficult time in our family's lives. Please help Tom & Danielle Hanrahan through this most difficult time.
