My name is Anna Howie whilst doing a Self-Expression and Leadership course through the Landmark Forum, I was assigned a project I am passionate about. I chose to do a project to raise funds for “DACHSHUND RESCUE AUSTRALIA” who rescue and rehome Dahshunds in need throughout all of Australia.
On 10th April I held a huge Fundraise Event and the announcement of the 3 winners of DRA Fundraise PHOTO Competition were announced on the day. Chosen by Peter Alexander this was a huge success. Congratulations to the winners.
1st Prize - Lieveling Sage & Jorgie - Bianca Donald
2nd Prize - 2 Basenji babies sleeping - Leanne Cooper
3rd Prize - Wire Kids peeking through the gate - Valerie & Geoffery Phillips.
The GOFUND ME campaign has exceeded my $1000 goal. As our costs to put on the event at Kings Meadow Polo Grounds - Guildford came to over $1000 I would like to keep this campain going to present DRA a final figure in excess of $2000 so we just need to raise another $500 making this campaign $1500. So togther with what we made at the Event I will be able to present DRA with the final total of $2000.
We are still taking donations to achieve this goal so please dig deep to make some little Dachies lives more enjoyable.
